Shipping policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Thank you for shopping with UnoZire. This policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United Kingdom.
Where we ship
We currently ship only to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on bank holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for all current UK orders.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated transit time is 1–5 business days after dispatch. Including processing, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 2–6 business days. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Unless a different timeframe is agreed with you, orders will be delivered within 30 days. If we cannot meet that deadline, your rights under applicable UK consumer law remain unaffected.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will email you a dispatch confirmation with the tracking details. Tracking information may take time to update after dispatch.
Address changes
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch has begun.
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If an order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact us at contact@unozire.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order. We may be able to help before processing or dispatch begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in transit. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights are explained in our return and refund policy and are not limited by this section.
